ABOUT ME
Hi! This is Vivien, and so far life has taken me on a truly global journey.
From a young age, I’ve had the enormous privilege of an international upbringing across Central/North Africa & the Med, which has undeniably forged the multifaceted person I am today.
Living in Gabon as a child sparked a lifelong curiosity for the unfamiliar, for new tastes, colors, languages, and ways of being.
Later, back in Milan, I was immersed in the raw, electric energy of the 90s and early 00s European youth culture and alternative music scene, igniting my determination to fiercely honor what sets my soul on fire and truly resonates with me.
Finding myself in the richly diverse international life of Cairo during high school years, again shattered conventions and flipped my world inside out, fueling an unshakable passion for diving deep into understanding cultures and celebrating the richness of different traditions.
This drive led me to pursue a degree in International Relations and a post-uni diploma in Geopolitics, and my career ever since has been a tapestry woven with one common thread: connecting people and cultures, amplified by music.
I spent around 8 years in the Music industry, working across live events, radio stations, a music label, and a music tv channel.
That path eventually brought me to Los Angeles, where I launched a blog centred around my other passions (told you I was multifaceted!) which are Wellness and – most importantly – authentic, sustainable and culturally immersive Travel.
That blog opened doors to the world of Travel Design, for which I later got certified by ACT and AITR. I have worked for boutique tour operators in Morocco, Malta and Italy, curating tailor-made experiences, while also running my own digital marketing agency.
Eventually, I settled in Malta – a true melting pot in the heart of the Mediterranean! This diversity is like oxygen for me, I genuinely thrive in cross-cultural spaces!
