What a lovely day I’ve had yesterday!💞
I’m currently in Milan and have had the pleasure of having been invited to the Sapopa Music&Movement Session at the beautiful Hotel Magna Parsa, to experience a unique approach to fitness and active lifestyle.
We did an uplifting, fun and inspiring workout (I actually did it twice, loved it!) where coach Silvia wisely blended yoga, pilates, bootybarre and ballet. I posted some videos on my IG stories, go check them out!
While I was working out, the two emotions that I felt predominantly were harmony and elegance.
